All our movies are dispatched via Royal Mail and there may be slightly longer times between your movies being dispatched and you receiving your movies.
If you had a signature on delivery, this option has been removed to ensure a contactless delivery.

Whether your looking to join with us or are already an active subscriber to our service, at times we all have burning questions to ask, so we have compiled our Top 10 FAQs asked by our customers.

Q – Can I change my package once I joined?
A – Of course you can! Simply log into your DVD Locker Account and click on ‘My Package’ then simply select your new package and we will do the rest.
Q – What if I don’t like the film you send me?
A – Simply hit ‘Change‘ on your account when we have picked a film for you, and so you know you have no limits with the amount of changes you want to make.
Q – Can I send this as a gift?
A – Of course, you have 2 options you can either buy one of our Vouchers directly from our website. Or you can create an account (under your name) and just email us advising that this account is a gift and provide their address, name and we will do the rest 🙂
Q – Are the films you send brand new?
A – Absolutely! We will always send you a brand new DVD or Bluray each time, everytime.. and the best part you KEEP what we send you.
Q – How do you know what films I will like?
A – With our track proven personal questionnaire we have a good idea what you would love, of course we can’t always be 100% right, but that’s why we offer our unique ‘Like, Swap & Dislike’ service – put simply, if we are about to send you a film that really isn’t your cup f tea, simply click on ‘swap’ on your account and we will re-assess and provide a new title (normally within 30 minutes)
Q – Will you ever send me the same titles?
A – You will NEVER receive the same title twice from us, and that is a promise that you can even take directly to the bank! We have developed all our systems in house and we have created them from the ground up, we have added some important features such as this, not to duplicate a customers order not now.. not ever
Q – What if my DVD Doesn’t arrive?
A – If this happens, contact us and we will arrange a new delivery for you, and because we don’t like to make our customers waiting long we will send this out 1st Class so you will receive the very next day.
Q – How does the process work, once I have paid?
A – From the word go, you will have immediate access to your account, you will then be prompted to fill in your personalised questionnaire, don’t worry this isn’t long winded, its more around films you like etc, we will then review your account and make a perfect match between you and our films, then just wait for the postie to deliver them and sit back, relax and grab the popcorn. Simple? We think so.
Q – Is my personal data safe with DVD Locker?
A – Rest assured your personal, privacy and personal data is kept in the strictest of confidence, we have high grade systems to keep our customers data secure also might we add we will NEVER sell or pass your details onto anyone outside of DVD Locker.
Q – How often is payment collected?
A – Your payment will be taken every 30 days / once per month on your inception date, (the date you started off with us) You can of course change this date if you prefer, simply log into your Account and click on ‘Payments’ and you can change this to a more suitable date for yourself.
